Who is City Pop for?
City Pop is the perfect solution for smart people like you. From international entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals, students to free movers in general. But also for people who are searching for practical, competitively priced, full served and flexible apartments, whether for work, study or lifestyle reasons.
For how long can I stay in a City Pop?
The minimum period is 4 weeks, the maximum 52 weeks; As we are pretty sure you will stay longer, a new booking is always possible depending on on our Apartments availability.
How big are the City Pop apartments?
The apartments’ average size is between 21 and 60 m2, depending on the type and layout of the rooms. In this way City Pop satisfies the needs of both the shorter and longer stays.
Is smoking in the apartments permitted?
No, it’s not permitted. Due to the frequent turnover of guests, we prefer to leave the smoke outside our apartments for hygienic and cleaning reasons.
Are pets inside the apartments allowed?
No. Despite our love for animals, they are not allowed in our apartments. This due to the same reasons why it is not allowed to smoke inside: hygiene, frequent turnover and allergies.
Are City Pop apartments wheelchair accessible?
Yes, City Pop’s buildings provide apartments specifically designed for people with limited mobility through ramps and easy access to spaces.

How do I book for a service?
Everything you might need is bookable through our City Pop App.
How often does my apartment get cleaned?
Cleaning services are on-demand, this means you can decide how often your apartment will be cleaned. For any particular indication (i.e. allergies) please contact us.
How do I receive my mail?
Each apartment has its private mailbox near the main entrance.
Do the apartments have Wi-Fi access?
Wi-Fi is like air and we take this very seriously at City Pop. We make sure you have a private and super fast Wi-Fi connection – free of charge of course.
Is there a parking available?
Yes. All our buildings offer parking spaces. Also this service can be booked through the App.
How do I book my apartment?
Through the City Pop App: this way you will have immediate access to all the services in order to make your experience at City Pop unforgettable!
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
A cancellation is a priori not possible after your booking, but for any inquiries feel free to contact us, we will do our best to find a solution.
At what time is the check-in?
Check-in is always on Sunday, after 5 pm, you can have direct access to your City Pop Apartment. Everything is designed for a quick and self check-in. If you might like to have someone welcoming you, just let us know and we will be there!
How do I check-in?
You just need to have the App installed on your device: the first access must be done with it. In fact, both the main door and your apartment door will be opened with our App. Then, the only thing you’ll need to do is filling in a quick survey form where you confirm your apartment is exactly how it has to be.
How do I check-out?
Check-out has to be done through the City Pop App, then you will only need to leave your badges (if any) on the table.
At what time is check-out?
Within Sunday, 10:00 a.m. By this time, you are asked to leave the apartment and take off all your personal belongings, so that we can prepare it for the next guest. If you need a temporary storage for your luggage / items, you can temporarily rent a storage box through the City Pop App.

What is the City Pop App for? Do I need the App for my stay?
The City Pop App is the hearth of your unforgettable experience with us. You can manage your entire stay at City Pop, including all the booking phase (from creation, management and payment of your stay). With the App you’ll safely access into the building and onto your apartment. But most of all, with the App you’ll be able to discover and benefit from all the available on-demand services.
I’ve lost my phone or my phone is out of battery. How do I enter the apartment?
We have a 24/7 emergency number in case of any inquiries. There is also the possibility of having one or more physical badges in addition to the opening with your smartphone, contact us for more information.
Payment & Conditions
Do I need to pay online for my booking?
Yes, in this way the payment standard is integrated into the City Pop App. This allows you to manage and control all your activities from one device.
What kind of credit cards does City Pop accept?
Mastercard and Visa.
Do I have to pay a security deposit or caution?
Yes, worth 200.- CHF. While for your stay we will ask you only a pre-payment of up to 8 weeks.
