No. Despite our love for animals, they are not allowed in our City Pop Apartments. This due to the same reasons why it is not allowed to smoke inside: hygiene, frequent turnover and allergies.

Cleaning services are on-demand, this means you can decide how often your apartment will be cleaned. For any particular indication (i.e. allergies) please contact us.

A cancellation is a priori not possible after your booking, but for any inquiries feel free to contact us, we will do our best to find a solution.
Check-in is always on Sunday, after 5 pm, you can have direct access to your City Pop Apartment. Everything is designed for a quick and self check-in. If you might like to have someone welcoming you, just let us know and we will be there!
You just need to have the City Pop App installed on your device: the first access must be done with it, as both the main door and your apartment’s door will be opened through the App (once inside the flat, you’ll find a keycard on the table, that can be used alternatively to enter). Then, the only thing you’ll need to do is filling in a quick survey form, where you confirm that your apartment is exactly how it has to be.
Check-out has to be done through the City Pop App, then you will only need to leave your keycard on the table in your apartment.
Within Sunday, 10:00 a.m. By this time, you are asked to leave the apartment and take off all your personal belongings, so that we can prepare it for the next guest. If you need a temporary storage for your luggage / items, you can temporarily rent a storage box through the City Pop App.
