City Pop 2Night is a modern concept of fully furnished, flexible living spaces designed for short- and long-term stays. It offers stylish apartments with everything you need to feel at home, combined with the convenience of smart technology and a hassle-free living experience. Whether you’re staying for a few days or several months, City Pop 2Night provides a flexible, comfortable, and fully equipped living solution tailored to your needs.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
We’ve made it really simple for you! Since our on-site assistance is limited to office hours, check-in must be completed online before your arrival. After booking, you’ll receive instructions for the online check-in process. It’s quick and easy, taking just a few minutes. Once completed, you’ll get the access details for your room along with all the info you need for a smooth stay.
Check-out is available until 11:00 a.m. to allow us time to prepare the apartment for incoming guests in line with our high standards. After 11:00 a.m., your access codes will automatically be deactivated, and you will no longer be able to enter the building or apartment.
Check-out is fully online through your Personal Page. Just follow the simple step-by-step process and leave the apartment at the end of your stay.
Don’t forget to settle your extra charges (if any) and to take the last souvenir picture.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer apartment viewings in advance, as we do not have on-site staff. However, if you are around, just pop in and if available, we would be happy to show you our spaces.
Additionally, please be aware that we cannot guarantee or hold specific apartments. However, rest assured that you will receive an apartment within the category you booked, and we’ll always strive to accommodate any preferences based on availability.
If you completed the online check-in process, you will receive a message (WhatsApp or SMS) on the phone number you provided with the access code and instructions to enter your room.
Please note that you will only receive this message on the day of arrival. If you haven’t received it, please reach out to us at [email protected].
We offer complimentary room cleaning, including linen and towel replacement (if needed), every 4 days of your stay.
If you need additional cleaning services, you can request it for an additional fee through our app (bookable only 24h in advance) or directly add the daily cleaning when you book.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our suites. As much as we love animals, we need to ensure the comfort and well-being of all our guests, especially those with allergies. We kindly ask for your understanding, and in cases of non-compliance, an extra cleaning fee may apply, or you may be asked to check out without a refund.
Please note that CityPop is a strictly non-smoking environment including balcony. To keep it comfortable for everyone, smoking is not allowed in any area. Please use the designated areas outside the building.
A 200 EUR penalty will be applied if this rule is violated, so let’s keep the air fresh and clean for all our guests.
